NDTV Ground Report: In J&K's Irwan Khater, Residents Relocate Amid Shelling

In the Irwan Khater village, located around two kilometres away from the border, shelling caused the residents to relocate to safer places. Speaking to NDTV, Balbir Kumar Sharma said the village in Jammu and Kashmir has around 200 houses, which are now lying empty as people have moved to their relatives' houses in Rajouri district. "The administration had alerted us about the possibility of such attacks, but  we had never seen such firing before," he said.
