The Indian Armed Forces carried out precision missile strikes early Wednesday on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Among the targets were the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold in Bahawalpur and the Lashkar-e-Taiba base in Muridke. The operation-codenamed Operation Sindoor was launched two weeks after the massacre of 26 civilians in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
